How we work with the organizations you fund.
If a proposal names Brandl Operations Group, here's what you should know about our role, our qualifications, and how we protect each organization's independence.
Our role
Brandl Operations Group LLC provides outsourced financial, compliance, and operations support to nonprofits under a written professional services agreement. We serve as a fractional executive partner for grant implementation, operational systems, and compliance management.
- We don't approve our own compensation. Each client's board approves our agreement and fees.
- We are not an officer, employee, or fiduciary of the organizations we serve. Governance stays with each board.
- Engagements are documented. Scope, fees, and how we were selected are recorded in each client's files.
- Conflicts are disclosed. We keep a written conflict-of-interest policy that covers all of our roles.
- Rates are standard and consistent. We keep a standard rate card and a written sliding-scale policy, available on request, and provide documentation for cost-reasonableness and prior-approval reviews.
